Something I need to remember more consistently: I don't really like quinoa. It tastes mealy and squiggly and oddly wormy and I don't like having it in my mouth. Blerg.
I love prime rib, though cutting the fat off ends up taking forever. But it's one of the few steaks that consistently ends up as rare as I like it, so that makes me happy.
I've never had it but it's been on my "must try" list. I can't stand anything slimy, slippery or wiggly (yes, I mean you jello). I might have to rethink having this on my list. They always say it's so nutty and nutritious; I just realized that no one talks about it's mouth feel.
