an open letter to my nerdly friends

I have here an unopened Thames and Cosmos Chem C3000 chemistry kit and a copy of The Illustrated Guide to Home Chemistry Experiments. This kit, I am not sorry to say, fucking rocks. I purchased them for my daughter, who never actually got to use them (and that is a separate sad story) and has since lost interest. It was $320 together two years ago, but the price of the set has come down from $299 to $249. If you are interested, make an offer please, because I cannot move this thing internationally in any feasible fashion at all, and I really want it to go to someone who will love it and do awesome things with it.

(Note: It's been hanging around for a while, so the cover of the lab manual is scuffed up a bit and some of the glassware may be broken. I don't think it is, and it's quite well packed, but I mention it as a possibility because I don't want to unpack the box, I'll never get it all back in in a fashion orderly enough to provide you the thrill of opening NEW SHINY CHEMISTRY STUFF instead of a random box of accoutrements. I am willing to ship if you pay the shipping, or can deliver to the greater Boston metro area or Amherst sometime or other.)

Assuming you live in the US, totally - it came in a box from UPS and I presume I can ship it elsewhere the same way. Canada might be slightly more complicated because of customs, but might still be feasible.
