I've never had a lap kitten before! The kitten (who I really think is named Max) just jumped up in my lap, lolled around a bit, and went to sleep. Alas, I was going to go direct some cranberries (perhaps into a cranberry-apple crisp) but who the hell wakes a sleeping kitten?

Yeah, I have a Miles on my lap right now and so there are many things I was meaning to do that don't seem to be happening just yet.

It's really hard to motivate myself now. Thank goodness for laptops. (now he's purring).
