Since they're greyed out, I think you'd have to specifically enable it in your journal for people to be able to repost anything from here.

...or maybe it's just because I haven't linked my LJ with TB or Tw--not that I intend to. Hard to say.

the other problem is that people can repost FO/screened comments:

If you wish to cross-post a Friends Only or screened comment, you will need to select the cross-posting option manually when you post the comment.
