well, this is exciting

There's a tornado warning out right now for this area - like, directly above my house. The Umass sirens are going off. There's reports of funnel clouds and possibly tornado touchdown in Hadley. We just had a huge amount of hail along with an enormous thunderstorm. This... is not typical New England weather. I have to admit, it's a bit unnerving.

(I've already put the cats in the bathroom. They're pissed.)
