You should check this Reddit thread on culturally untranslatable phrases. Some of them are not so untranslatable - I know that "ant-fucking" and "don't comb your hair, you're not going to be in the picture" have entered my vocabulary permanently. There's also interesting congruence between languages - both AR Spanish and French have variations on the phrase "farting/shitting higher than one's ass can reach", for example. Fascinating!
