pureed is lovely,roasted works, celeriac remoulade is a classis. gratin with potatoes, sweet and regular is nice

Makes a really nice soup. Roasted is really good--actually if you roast the lot and make half the roasted quantity into soup that's even better. Celeriac chips are delicious but not the healthiest option.
