automatically adjusting alarm clock, how dost thou betray me!

I woke up this morning a few minutes in front of my alarm at 6 as usual. I started puttering around on the Internet, getting ready to wake Liv up at 6:30 as usual. Putter, putter, putter on the 'puter. Then, I look at the upper right corner of my screen. 7:08? How the hell did that happen! Arg! Anyway, what appears to have happened is that my automatically adjusting alarm clock adjusted a few days early. I can't get it to adjust back. Bah. Stupid smart technology.

We in Europe follow the 'last Sunday in October' rules, not Dubya's 'first Sunday in November', so our clocks changed last weekend. Maybe your clock wants to be European? Or perhaps it wants to deny Dubya ever existed?
